Initial Payment
Discounts are available for down payments of 50% or more with flexsmile save. With flexsmile extend, the first monthly installment is due at the time of signing.
Estimated insurance coverage

Administration fee
Initial payments less than 15% of the treatment fee are subject to an admin fee of $300 due at the time of signing.
