Initial Payment
Discounts are available for down payments of 50% or more with flexsmile save. With flexsmile extend, the first monthly installment is due at the time of signing.
Estimated insurance coverage
Insurance assignment available only for Flexsmile Save, where applicable.
Term Length
With flexsmile save contracts with a 15% or greater initial payment may have the balance spread out over the estimated treatment time (lower term length if initial payment is less than 15%). With flexsmile extend you can choose a term length of 24-60 months.
Administration fee
Initial payments less than 15% of the treatment fee are subject to an admin fee of $300 due at the time of signing.
Discount
Discounts are available for down payments of 50% or more with flexsmile save. Save 10% when you put 100% down. Get 5% off when your initial payment is at least 50% of your treatment fee.
